Dianne Johnson is a Transaction Closing Manager who makes sure that clients experience a successful real estate closing. She is meticulous in her approach and is highly-trained in her ability to provide refined administrative and communications support, and excellent customer service for our clients. Her goal is to make sure that clients walk away from the closing table happy and optimistic about their home sale or purchase. Dianne has been assisting real estate agents in this capacity for more than 12 years. Before real estate, she spent a decade as a contract analyst for a Denver-based oil and gas company. At Banyan Real Estate, Dianne works closely with our clients to ensure that they have a high comfort level throughout the contract process, helping to guide them successfully through the sometimes overwhelming course of buying or selling a home. Colorado has been her home for 46 years and along with her husband, has raised their two boys in this beautiful State.
